You can inspect your sunglasses at your doorstep before paying.
If you don’t like the product, you can return it directly to the courier and you will not pay anything.
No exchange fees apply if the item is returned during delivery.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via Instagram DM within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Once confirmed, you will receive a full refund.
Proof of damage (photo or video) may be requested for verification.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
The request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns after delivery due to usage, scratches, or normal wear.
